Cookies and similar storage

Essential
The privacy choice is stored permanently inbivo_consent_v1 the browser's local storage, with no preset expiry date. It remains until you change it, clear your browser data or a new version of the consent is introduced. This category cannot be disabled because the site cannot reliably respect your choice without it. Form submission works even if you reject all optional categories. Login storage, if used by the protected part of the service, is not part of the analytics and is not deleted upon cancellation.
Analytics — disabled by default
Upon consent, we record a pseudonymous identifier for contact form progress inbivo_form_session_id. This is permanent in local storage until consent is withdrawn or browser data is cleared. To count visits from selected links, we usebivo_traffic_session_id and tagsbivo_traffic_…; this is session storage for an individual tab, which is removed when the tab is closed or upon cancellation. UTM form data in the keysbivo_utm_… are also session-based and are removed when the tab is closed or upon cancellation. We do not store the content of your answers in the analytical record.
Marketing — disabled by default
Upon consent, Meta and OpenAI measurements may be loaded to evaluate advertisements. The providers may receive technical data about the visit and events such as starting or successfully submitting a form, and may use their own cookies or similar storage according to their own rules and deadlines. Upon cancellation, we remove known Meta cookies accessible to this site, disconnect the loaded measurement scripts and refresh the page. BIVO cannot directly delete third-party storage from the browser that is not accessible to this domain.
Change or cancellation
You can change your choice at any time. Upon cancellation, further optional measurement stops; the page refreshes due to the technical disconnection of already loaded measurements.
Legal basis
We only use optional technologies based on consent in accordance with ZEKom-2, GDPR and the guidelines of the Information Commissioner. More about other processing is in the privacy policy.
