What is BIVO?

BIVO is building a new property management and maintenance service in Maribor. We take care of the whole process for owners, from reporting an issue and the initial assessment to choosing a tradesperson, coordinating the work, overseeing it and documenting completion.

We're still building the operational system. That's why we're looking for someone who won't just follow the existing process, but will help set it up, improve it and lead it.

What will your role be?

You'll make sure technical tasks at properties move from report to completion. Part of your time will be spent in the field, carrying out inspections, handling minor repairs and monitoring the work of external tradespeople. You'll also help set up a clear operational system, document the work and improve processes based on experience in the field.

We're looking for someone who can sort things out today, while also thinking about how the team can handle similar tasks more efficiently in future. Over time, you'll be able to take on more responsibility for running operations.

This is you if:

• you have hands-on experience with installations, plumbing, maintenance or other technical work;
• you're a skilled tradesperson in your own right and can solve practical problems independently;
• you think long term and don't just see a single repair;
• you can clearly document your work and hand it over;
• you want to gradually take on more responsibility.

The path to operations manager

The role starts in the field, where you'll get to know real situations, contractors and the way BIVO works. If you show technical independence, systematic thinking and the ability to pass on knowledge, you'll be able to gradually take on more responsibility and help build and lead operations.
