What is BIVO?

BIVO is building a new property management and maintenance service in Maribor. We take care of the whole process for owners, from reporting an issue and the initial assessment to choosing a tradesperson, coordinating the work, overseeing it and documenting completion.

We're still building the operational system. That's why we're looking for someone who won't just follow the existing process, but will help set it up, improve it and lead it.

What will your role be?

As operations manager, you'll make sure that reported problems turn into a clear, workable plan. You'll set the next steps, responsible people and deadlines, and make sure every case is seen through to completion.

Your job won't just be solving individual problems. You'll help build a system that makes operations clearer, more reliable and more efficient over time.
